Massage therapy is an ancient healing practice that has numerous physical and mental benefits. Life is better when you get a quality massage by an experienced therapist. Massage is not just a luxury but it also scientifically proven in research to help combat many chronic conditions, injuries and disease.

Massage therapy is an effective way to help soothe sore muscles and improve blood flow, it also doubles as a powerful, natural stress reliever for many people. Throughout history massage has been employed to improve recovery time, restore energy, manage stress and ease body aches.

Ideally massage is best when it is done on a regular basis. We see wonderful lifestyle improvements with clients that do massage on a monthly basis whether its one or more per month. The needs of each person vary but all do best with regular consistent massage. If you have a recent injury then we recommend doing massage closer together to help with your recovery.

Our massage suite is an extra large room with beautiful decor and lighting to help you feel as relaxed as you can be while getting treatment. Like all services in our family practice we only provide quality care as we do not work on volume. This allows for better therapy outcome that is always 1:1.

We provide massage for children to adults. Our office offers 1 -2 hour massage blocks for our clients. One hour massage is more for a focused therapy whereas the 2 hr massage provides focused work in multiple areas and including arms and legs to be thoroughly massaged. All massages include cranial therapy work.

Massage is available 7 days/week and booked by appointment in advance. Early evening hours are available only for existing clients in our practice.

‘Patients that are currently in one of our treatment programs (weightloss-detox- chiropractic or functional medicine) receive complimentary cold laser care with each hour of paid massage.
